Lesbian, bisexual and transgender (LBT) women are at high risk for multiple forms of violence and discrimination stemming from patriarchal gender norms, homophobia, and transphobia.  Yet LBT women are often excluded from policies and programs that aim to prevent and respond to violence and to promote gender equality. In partnership with the World Bank Group, ICRW, GWI and as part of the VAWG Resource Guide, this brief provides guidance to help development professionals initiate, integrate and innovate effective solutions to prevent and respond to VAWG across all sectors.
